I created niquests-cache because I switched to using all async requests in my projects then realised requests-cache can't work with that with niquests, plus I did not want the extra dependency. I only cared about filesystem caching so that's all there is for now.
This enables intersphinx as you had the value set for Python but you did not have the extension added.
