Initial release. Includes list and get commands for:
-bindings
-brokers
-classes
-instances
-plans

Installation Instructions:
-Install Kubectl
-Download the .zip for your OS
-Unzip it into your Kubectl plugin dir (~/.kube/plugins by default)
-The new commands should show up when you run kubectl plugin
