Drop unused indirect dependencies

  This commits drop unused indirect dependencies in go.mod, go.sum, vendors/modules.txt:

  • github.com/kylelemons/godebug
  • github.com/onsi/ginkgo
  • github.com/onsi/gomega

I'm confused; if these are unneeded, then why doesn't go mod tidy remove them?

Also, CI doesn't seem to agree; looks like go mod tidy wants to add them back in.

My mistake! Yes, go mod tidy still considers them necessary. Closing the PR.
