This PR enhances the BAM Boost claim functionality by adding automatic creation of the Associated Token Account (ATA) for the claimant before processing the claim. This ensures that users can claim rewards even if they don't already have a JitoSOL token account.

- Added import for the idempotent ATA creation function from
spl_associated_token_account_interface - Modified the claim transaction to include ATA creation instruction before the claim instruction
