Fix broken star history chart in README - #261

The star history chart in the README was broken due to the current provider's stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart and its link to the star-history.dera.page endpoint, which uses a token-free data source.

@OctoBored good point, I tried it with read only and it seemed to work but checking now there seems to be an issue. |

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the provider it relied on is affected by GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart to a working alternative endpoint that requires no API token, restoring the chart while keeping the existing style.
