Adds Działkopedia (https://dzialkopedia.pl) under Web apps. A browser-based Polish land-parcel checker built on OpenStreetMap tiles with GUGiK cadastral/orthophoto, municipal zoning and RCN transaction prices. Thanks for maintaining the list.
