Tested on Legion 5 16IRX9 with BIOS NMCN31WW.
Uses model_g8cn configuration (EC ID 0x5507, ACCESS_METHOD_WMI3).

Tested working:

  • Temperature sensors (CPU/GPU via WMI3)
  • Fan speed sensors (via WMI3)
  • Fan curve reading from EC
  • Power mode control

Tested on Legion 5 16IRX9 with BIOS NMCN31WW.

Do a full test of the feature using python gui (with screenshot as well).
Also compare what is in the gui and /sys/kernel/debug/legion/fancurve output are after altering the fan curve and post them here (rebase your change with the latest main commit)

If everything works as intended I will happy accept this PR.
Also the Boot Logo feature doesn’t need to be tested, if you think that feature dosen't work you can alter the code to disable the feature to that model
