Packages multica as a flake input pointing at the unversioned /releases/latest/download/ asset, so `nix_update` re-fetches and re-locks the narHash on each run. Also updates ubuntu-server claude settings: enables the linear plugin, adds the crab-shack marketplace, raises effort to high, and drops the explicit model pin.
