Summary

• Topic pills keep kebab-case tags as lookup keys, but always render a human-readable label
• Prefer curated glossary display names (Sources Sought, Notice Types, Market Research, SAM.gov, etc.)
• Fall back to Title Case without dashes for any unresolved kebab-case tag
• Align the core glossary label for sources sought to Title Case for consistency

Test plan

• Open /learn/find/ and confirm the first chapter’s Topics covered pills read without dashes and in Title Case / brand form
• Click a pill and confirm the popover still resolves to the correct glossary term
• Spot-check another shelf for acronyms/brand forms (RFI, SAM.gov, Set-aside)
