Summary

  • Add missing GSA and OSDBU glossary entries; promote SIN into the main curated list
  • Remove the old “core-only” auto-link rule — every glossary term (curated + chapter topic entries) highlights on first mention in chapter copy
  • Drop the CORE_GLOSSARY_TERMS export/naming and update glossary browse copy to match

Test plan

  • Glossary browse shows SIN, GSA, and OSDBU
  • Open a MAS / vehicle chapter and confirm first “GSA” / “SIN” mentions link
  • Open /learn/find/radar-not-keyword/ and confirm “OSDBU” and former topic terms (e.g. “Market Research”, “eBuy”) link on first mention only
  • Topic pills that use SIN / kebab tags still resolve to the right definition

SIN already existed as a topic-only entry — move it into the core
glossary so it auto-links. Add missing GSA and OSDBU definitions
with chapter links for browse and in-chapter popovers.
Drop the core-only linking rule so curated and topic glossary
entries all highlight once in chapter copy. Rename the former
CORE export and update glossary browse copy to match.
