Add small-business set-aside aliases on the existing Set-aside glossary entry, and stop the chapter intro from consuming the first phrase link so the piece teach can surface it.
So the can-team-bid line about a JV’s own identifiers in SAM can auto-link both acronyms beside the existing SAM term.
Highlight joint venture / JV on team chapters, and keep the can-team-bid intro from burning the first acronym link.
Cover mentor-protégé agreement / MPA so the can-team-bid watch-for line can auto-link the acronym next to JV.
Keep UEI, CAGE, JV, and MPA. Drop the extra set-aside aliases and restore the chapter intro’s set-aside path wording — that term was already highlighting correctly earlier in the chapter.
