Hi there 👋

I’m Jude, a biotechnology scientist with expirence in molecular and cellular biology, bioinformatics, and clinical trial design. My work bridges wet-lab experimentation and computational analysis, from CRISPR genome editing and confocal imaging to omics pipelines and R-based modelling.

🔬 I’ve contributed to research at King’s College London, University of Oxford, and now Barts Cancer Institute.

💻 I develop reproducible workflows in R, Python, Java and Fiji/ImageJ, with repositories here showcasing pipelines for omics, microscopy, and molecular farming.
