Add tensorboard logging, keeping backwards compatibility. Changes:

  • update gitignore to account for tensorboard runs
  • update environment to download tensorboard dep
  • create TensorboardVisualizer and WandbVisualizer classes
  • create get_visualizer factory method, that selects from wandb or tensorboard loggers using opt.logger options: "wandb", or "tensorboard"
