- Group clients into Web & Desktop Apps (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor), CLI (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor), IDEs (VS Code, Windsurf), and Other Clients (Docker STDIO)
- Use #### subheadings for each client in CLI and IDEs sections
- Fix Cursor section to be self-contained with config file + CLI steps
