Just need it to be double checked on a TV

@mamaddox so i know this hasn't been merged yet but I tried setting my certificate privilege to Partner and the app is still not loading for me :(. I keep getting this error:

This was the same error message I was seeing before and the sample Tizen apps and customer apps (with errors) still run fine for me. It's just the JW app that refuses to get past this build process on my newer Tizen tv.

@Dawolee :( Can you try running the app in this PR: #15 with the new set up steps? This was a recreation of the current tizen app.

That error is tricky. I have seen it before, but it usually meant I needed to restart my tizen studio. Your's seems to be persistent though.
