Summary

  • Align GitHub Actions with mise-en-place-resources: workflow_dispatch overrides for mise cache/version, cache key prefixes, and concurrency on push/PR workflows.
  • Add the shared runner cleanup step on mise-update-tool.yml and drop pull-request-strategy: per-tool so the action uses its default.
  • Keep this repo’s cron schedules for pulse PR and mise tool updates.

Test plan

  • Confirm workflow YAML parses on GitHub (Actions tab / workflow lint).
  • Manually dispatch prek checks and gh-action-pulse with and without mise cache/version overrides.
  • Push a follow-up commit on this PR and check that older runs are cancelled via concurrency.

Made with Cursor

Add mise cache/version overrides, concurrency, and shared cleanup so CI matches the other resources repo while keeping local cron schedules.
