Research Agent

Research Agent helps founders turn a single, structured company brief into an evidence-backed launch package with cited research, stronger hooks, and a founder-ready launch script.

What you use it for

  • Capture who you are (company, product, audience, category, stage) and what you want the launch to achieve once, instead of re-explaining context in every thread.
  • Run an agentic research pipeline that plans queries, pulls signals from multiple channels, curates evidence, and synthesizes recommendations.
  • See progress through a clear workflow (intake → planning → retrieval → curation → synthesis → hooks → draft → QA → finalized) so you know what stage the run is in.
  • Review per-source research with links, excerpts, and source-level evidence alongside a single synthesized launch package led by research signals, hooks, and a founder-ready script.

How it fits together

  1. Account — Sign in or create a workspace. The app is built around your own briefs and runs.
  2. Your Startups (/startup) — A home for the companies you’ve defined; each card links to the latest research run for that startup.
  3. New startup (/new) — A guided brief: company and product identity, audience and category, funding stage, and optional outcome and launch-goal fields. Submitting starts a new launch research run.
  4. Run view (/chat/[runId]) — While the run executes, you see the pipeline timeline, live status across sources, and artifacts as they land. When synthesis finishes, the launch package appears as markdown on the right. You can Restart to kick off a fresh run from the same brief, and Approve when a completed run looks right to you.

The product pitch in one line: structured launch research for founders—identity in once, cited multi-source evidence and a sharper launch package out.
