The project is about the Hospital Management System. The user is the hospital receptionist/customer service representative who helps patients, particularly the elderly who do not know how to use the self-kiosk.
First, the user has to log in by entering the hospital name, address, department, and patient name.
After logging in, the user can perform the following functions:
- Update Patient’s Particulars
- Book Appointment
- Bill Payment
