Added a new feature to allow users to select which list(s) to which to subscribe.
Also fixed a few bugs.
My additions are not compatible with FSCF version 3.x. Now that version 4 has been out for a while, I suggest adding a check and giving an error message if the user has not yet upgraded to version 4.x.
