⚡ Bolt: Combine multiple array filters into a single pass using useMemo in ProjectsModule

💡 What:
Replaced multiple sequential array .filter() traversals inside the ProjectsModule.jsx render loop with a single useMemo block containing an O(N) for loop. This loop calculates both the dynamically filtered subset array and all category counts simultaneously.

🎯 Why:
The previous implementation performed an O(N) array filter for each project status tab during every render cycle (O(N*M) complexity). This caused unnecessary CPU usage and resulted in generating new array references on every render, degrading overall React rendering performance as the projects list scales.

📊 Impact:
Reduces the number of array traversals from M passes per render to just 1 pass per state update. Improves referential stability of the filtered list by wrapping it in useMemo, decreasing unnecessary child component re-renders.

🔬 Measurement:
Review src/components/ProjectsModule.jsx to see the replacement of .filter().length in the .map() loop with O(1) hash map lookups on counts. Tests and type checks have been run and pass successfully.
