💡 What: Replaced direct .filter().length and filtered array generation inside JSX loops with a single useMemo block using an O(N) loop in ProjectsModule.jsx.
🎯 Why: To prevent multiple O(N) array traversals on every single render, which causes performance issues especially as the array size grows.
📊 Impact: Transforms multiple O(N) passes per render to a single O(N) pass, significantly reducing redundant calculations.
🔬 Measurement: Verify that interacting with the component feels responsive and there's less overhead from redundant state computations.
