💡 What: Replaced repeated .filter() operations with a consolidated O(N) traversal inside useMemo hooks for both ProjectsModule.jsx and MaintenanceModule.jsx.
🎯 Why: To improve performance by preventing multiple redundant array traversals on every render when calculating tab counts and filtering the active data.
📊 Impact: Reduces time complexity of list filtering and count aggregation from O(M*N) (where M is the number of tabs) to O(N) per filter change.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by navigating between tabs in Projects and Maintenance and observing no stuttering for large datasets. Evaluated passing behavior via tests.

Refactored multiple `.filter()` traversals inside ProjectsModule and MaintenanceModule
to use a single `O(N)` loop inside a `useMemo` block. This calculates both the
filtered array and the status counts concurrently, eliminating redundant passes
during renders.
