Summary

• Log local and remote ICE candidate type, protocol, and address family during live-view negotiation.
• Log ICE connection state changes and the nominated candidate pair when WebRTC connects.
• Keep IP values out of logs while preserving enough detail to debug relay and IPv4/IPv6 path selection.
