Missing Repeats in Entries

I've attached an export of a form where I'm having intermittent missing Repeats in the Entries.

GF Ver: 2.2.1.2
GFR Ver: 1.0.9

Form: gravityforms-export-2017-05-11.json.zip

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fill in all required fields
2. Check "I would like pricing for the following product(s)", which should reveal more fields via conditional logic
3. Add 3 repeats worth of values in section that drops down

I've had what looks like the first out of 3 repeats missing on various occasions. It seems inconsistent, but it happens a lot.
