Code Review

This pull request introduces two new CLI scripts, gwk_hist and gwk_scatter2d, for plotting histograms and 2D scatter plots from HDF5 files. The feedback suggests moving imports to the top of the files to comply with PEP 8, adding a default transparency value for overlapping histograms, and automatically generating legends and labels based on input file names when plotting multiple datasets.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.
