Fashion House Project using agile workflow with 3 iterations
Our company is a fashion house focused on the production, sale, and advertising of original, stylish clothing and accessories. The company needs several functionalities in order to compete in the fashion industry. First, the company must be able to source materials and produce its products, and manage its inventory of them. Second, the company must be able to distribute and sell its inventory to retailers. Retailers may set discounts based on supply and demand. Third, the company must maintain legal ownership over its intellectual properties. Fourth, the company must be able to sign fashion models to advertise its products. The company will also send models to fashion shows to showcase its products. Finally, the company should store data and analytics regarding each of its enterprises, but most importantly, its sales, inventory, and advertising ventures. The software should assume that the user is an expert with it, and should provide minimal, if any, security in terms of authentication and input validation.
