docs: clarify build-advanced-pipeline as an advanced tutorial

What this PR does

This PR updates the "Build an Advanced ML Pipeline" page to better reflect its role as an advanced tutorial/worked example rather than a how-to guide.

Changes made

• clarifies the page positioning in the introduction
• adds a short overview before the example
• adds a "How to use this example" section that guides readers through the main KFP features shown in the example
• reorganizes the follow-up explanation into clearer feature-based sections
• adds links to more focused guides for related KFP features
• replaces the tutorial-style ending with a more documentation-oriented related-features section
