Go back to require go1.25 as minimum version of Go. We don't use go1.26 features yet, and tinygo doesn't support it either. We need to downgrade to go 1.25 to be able to consume this SDK from tinygo. Signed-off-by: Flavio Castelli <fcastelli@suse.com>

Once merged, I'll tag a patch release of the library.
