I don't know if you people actually planned to have a multilingual website since I've never seen the older Kubuntu website in other languages, but since the website source code have
esandfrdirectory and also their entries in thehugo.toml, I think I should give it a try. But if there is no plan on adding languages to the website, I am okay if the PR is closed as not planned.I translated the most of the pages to Bahasa Indonesia. I used a formal yet a bit casual languages here due to my thinking that the website being mostly more community-oriented, but I can switch them to full formal if this style feels off with the image of this website should have. I also translated some common part of the theme since it doesn't have this language yet.
No AI involved, used MTL ( Google Translate specifically ) just to assist with some rare words. But, you people might use MTL to check if my translation is accurate or not, or asks someone in the community who knows the language to proof-read it.
I haven't translated the news articles yet, but let me know if it actually needs to be translated too, either in this PR in a separate PR.
