feat(seo): add Sealos Skills landing page#288

Add the Sealos Skills marketing page with SEO metadata, structured data, official stack logos, operational states, and copyable install/deploy commands. Link the page from the homepage deployment card and footer resources, include it in the English sitemap, and keep zh-CN hreflang/sitemap output aligned with the English-only content.
