Update for newer tifffile resolutionunit API#243

As of version 2025.2.18, tifffile requires passing resolutionunit as a separate argument to writer functions rather than as part of the resolution tuple. The newer versions of tifffile also support zarr>=3 so we can remove our version restriction on both packages.
