Added optimistic UI loading state for QR generation in ReceiptQrCode.tsx
Preserved existing light/dark theme styling
Included accessible role="status" with ARIA live feedback
Added unit tests covering loading state and generated QR image render
Verified pnpm test:unit -- --run src/components/tests/ReceiptQrCode.test.tsx passes locally
Closes #1191
