fix(readme): restore the broken star history chart - #1262

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream service is affected by GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart image and its link to a working alternative that requires no API token, so the chart renders again.

The README star history chart is currently broken: the upstream service no longer renders correctly due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions.
This PR switches the chart to a working alternative endpoint that requires no API token, and updates the wrapping link to the matching page. No other behavior changes.
