本次更新：

• 新增观者角色 mod：watcher_character，基于观者 0.5.7，并保留可继续修改的反编译源码工程。

Changes:

• Updated Game Speed Control to v1.0.1.
• Speed selection is still controlled from the pause-menu button, but the selected multiplier now only applies during combat.
• Non-combat scenes stay at 1x; selecting a speed outside combat only changes the next combat's target multiplier.
• The mod restores 1x when combat ends and keeps multiplayer behavior local-only.
• Updated Chinese README and release package.

• Added Game Speed Control v1.0.0 (game_speed_control): adds a pause-menu speed button.
• The speed button cycles local game speed through 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x using Godot Engine.TimeScale.
• The selected speed is persisted in an independent settings file and restored on next launch.
• Updated Chinese README with install, usage, build, and test instructions for the new mod.
