Motivation
Adding new geotiff-50 and geotiff-50-A3 layouts to provide map only layouts.
Added label masks between carto_text and ice contours - testing only.
Modifications
Two new layouts.
Changes to carto_text, ice_contour, contour layer properties.
Verification
Produced new layouts and checked, gefotiffs were saved with tfw files at 600 dpi.
