Trying to get this project file up to date before making other changes. Removed the last layer reference to nz_topo50*. Added the all of government logo. Added the correct information for the text colour on carto text - process_blue.
removed the gridded map service that was causing an issue

Motivation
Trying to get this project file up to date before making other changes.
Modifications
Removed the last layer reference to nz_topo50*.
Added all of the government logos.
Added the correct information for the text colour on carto text - process_blue.
Updated the IDs for the three Map Items in the tiff50 layout to accommodate the code changes made here:
