Previously, we used pyenv to install all Python versions we test against. This worked but meant that we had to compile all Python versions instead of installing them. This patch removes the pyenv setup and replaces it with ubuntu deadsnakes which provides old and new compiled versions of Python. Signed-off-by: Florian Scherf <mail@florianscherf.de>
