I found out after some time, that the assertion problem I got in issue I created was simply because of maximum
party-idbeing equal to number of committees.So if we start to count from 0 instead of 1, it resolves the problem.
I also changed how to run program, because
cggmp21-demowas not working, but callingcargo run --releaseworks.
