ci: fix Auto-format git-over-HTTPS and set verified compatibility 14.360#53

The Auto-format (Weblate) workflow lacked the git-over-HTTPS rewrite that ci.yml and main.yml already have, so pnpm install failed cloning a git dependency over SSH on the runner. Add the same "Configure git to use HTTPS" step. Also set compatibility.verified to 14.360 (the tested Foundry build) for the 2.0.2 release.
