Compatibility with `pyyaml-include` 2.x

Currently, pyyaml-include is pinned at version 1.4.1 as the following versions introduce breaking changes.
Are you planning to adapt draccus/parsers/yaml_loader.py to the newer API?
It would help us packaging draccus and then lerobot to nixpkgs.

Sorry for slow reply! Was on vacation. I think it would be better to remove the dependency honestly.

I didn't really have any plans tbh. Let me see if I can have codex do it...

PS: GitHub tags are quite outdated compared to the Pypi releases. I'm not sure if this is voluntary or not.
