It focuses on the full lifecycle digital management of laboratory materials with low unit prices, frequent use, and easy wear and tear, such as reagents and consumables, glassware, laboratory gloves, pipette heads, culture dishes, etc.
The system takes "standardized procurement, precise requisition, dynamic inventory, and controllable cost" as its core goals, supporting the full process closed-loop management from demand declaration, procurement planning, inventory registration, inventory warning, requisition application, approval and issuance to usage records. Establish standardized ledgers for all low value consumables based on categories, specifications, brands, units, and other attributes, achieving "one item, one code" or batch management to ensure consistency between accounts and goods and traceability of flow.
The system provides a multi-level inventory warning mechanism (such as minimum inventory reminder), supporting the setting of collection permissions by laboratory or personnel, effectively preventing waste and abuse.
