The files "Zproots.sage" and "RefinedCK.sage" from https://github.com/martinluedtke/RefinedCK and the file "Solve_p-adic_systems.sage" from https://github.com/steffenmueller/LinQC need to be placed in the working directory to run the code. The code was tested with Sage 10.9.
