The Slack invite link has been expired for over 2 years, blocking new contributors from joining the community workspace. This replaces the dead links with a mailto link to masakhanetranslation@gmail.com so potential contributors can request an invite directly. Closes masakhane-io#28 Closes masakhane-io#29

Description
The Slack invite link in README.md has been expired for over 2 years, blocking new contributors from joining the community workspace. Two separate issues (#28 and #29) have been filed about this, with the most recent one from May 2026.
This PR replaces the dead invite links with:
