Peripheral animation is always gem

I am trying to configure the peripheral to display any other animation than the gemstone but I always get the gemstone.

It depends on the settings.
CONFIG_NICE_OLED_WIDGET_ANIMATION_PERIPHERAL_SMART_BATTERY=y
If you disable this setting, the animation will work.

In the animation.c file (https://github.com/mctechnology17/zmk-nice-oled/blob/main/boards/shields/nice_oled/widgets/animation.c), all the code for standard animations, including Spaceman, is enclosed within:

#if !IS_ENABLED (CONFIG_NICE_OLED_WIDGET_ANIMATION_PERIPHERAL_SMART_BATTERY)

In other words, when SMART_BATTERY=y, Spaceman and other animations are not compiled at all.
