docs: fix order edit guide to remove unsupported send notification toggle [automated]

Fix documentation issues in triage inbox

This PR fixes documentation issues from the triage inbox.
Each issue was evaluated by Claude and deemed a self-contained doc fix.

The Order Edit user guide incorrectly described two form fields as working features when one is not functional:

• Removed the instruction about the "Send notifications" toggle, which exists in the UI but is not wired to the backend (the value is silently discarded).
• Updated the note field description from "a note for the customer to see" to "an internal note", which accurately reflects how the note is stored.

Review carefully before merging. Claude may have missed context or made
incorrect assumptions.
