This reverts commit c3012b3. apparently vm-actions doesn't support arm64 hosts

Considering disabling aarch64 as the vm-actions project has not got support for running on linux arm64 hosts and thus no kvm support. I don't want to cost incur lots of build time to the project so I'll comment it out for now. |

I could not figure out the BUILD info stuff.I based off of the Ubuntu CI. This could be used as a template for the other CI platforms vm-actions supports such as NetBSD or FreeBSDEDIT: added passing BUILD info env vars in. should be AOK now.
