• This PR fixes [UI] Add custom 404 page for Kanvas site #167

Summary

• Added layouts/404.html Hugo template with a "404 — Page not found" message and a "Back to Home" CTA
• Added assets/scss/_404.scss with styles matching the site's dark theme using existing design variables ($primary, $secondary, $casper)
• Responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports
• Reuses the site's existing baseof.html layout so the navbar and footer are included automatically
