This is the documentation I wished I had when I was trying to diagnose the problems described in the Metabrainz ticket MBVM-105 Sir reindex fails with ConnectionResetError(104, 'Connection reset by peer')) and consequences and at the Metabrainz community topic, Sir reindex fails with ConnectionResetError(104, ‘Connection reset by peer’). So, it is based on solving an actual difficulty.
