Fixes

Fixes #11105

PR Type

  • Bugfix
  • Feature
  • Code style update (formatting, renaming)
  • Refactoring (no functional changes, no API changes)
  • Build related changes
  • Documentation content changes
  • Other (please describe):

Description

Current Behavior

The common resources do not provide card and layer brushes specifically backed for thin acrylic surfaces.

New Behavior

Adds three thin-acrylic card/layer brush resources and their backing colors for light, dark, and high-contrast themes.

Customer Impact

Apps can layer cards and surfaces over thin acrylic using shared theme-aware resources.

Regression Potential

  • Low risk — isolated change, limited scope
  • Medium risk — touches shared components or public APIs
  • High risk — architectural or breaking API change

These are additive resources.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • I have performed a self-review of my own code
  • I have added tests to cover my changes
  • Existing tests pass locally

The resource definitions cover light, dark, and high-contrast themes. GitHub CI provides persistent validation.
