Updated this PR from 0.2.4 to 0.2.5 rather than opening a new one. 0.2.5 fixes a bug where copying an exported screenshot to the clipboard dropped the annotations drawn on it. The 0.2.4 manifests were removed from the branch, so the diff is only the 0.2.5 folder. The new installer URL returns 200 and its SHA256 matches the manifest, and |

winget validate --manifest <path>?winget install --manifest <path>?The installer URL returns 200 and its SHA256 matches the manifest, checked against the published
asset. The local install test is left unchecked because the machine preparing this manifest is
running the previous version right now; the installer itself is the one that was built and
signed for this release.
